The candidate will have multiple years of experience working with Open Text Livelink ECM including design, administration and support of Livelink systems and Livelink module installation. He/she should have experience in the design and development of taxonomies and classification schemas. The resource will have participated in all phases of the system development life cycle (SDLC), from user requirements gathering through design, development and implementing/training with strong knowledge management conceptualization. He/she should understand and have experience with Livelink-related system usability and performance issues. The candidate should be familiar with Livelink system specification, sizing requirements, and configuration planning.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
• Livelink system administration
• Experience with Archive Index Server
• Provide workflow support to other Livelink Instances
• Design and build workflow, administer and manage various workflows
• Database backup & maintenance
